The test temperature of glow wire testing for non-metallic parts of electrical appliances
Based on IEC 60335-1 clause 30.2.1, other parts in attended and unattended electrical appliance and all parts of non-metallic material for hand-held and similar appliances, are subject to the glow wire tester of IEC 60695-2-11, which is carried out at 550°C.
