How to determine UL94 classed V-1 testing ?
As per UL94 standard, a material shall be classified V-1 as described as below:
6.Afterflame time for each Individual specimen t1or t2 : ≤30s
7.Total afterflame time for any condition set ( t1 plus t2 for the 5 specimens): ≤250s
8.Afterflame plus afterglow time for each Individual specimen after the second flame application （t2+t3): ≤60s
9.Afterflame or afterglow of any specimen up to the holding clamp: No
10.Cotton Indicator Ignited by flaming particles or drops : No
