Toaster Switch Endurance Test Machine

To determine on off life of switch of the toasters, in accordance with the IEC60335-2-9 clause 19.101.
Toasters are operated at rated power input and under normal operation, but without bread, for six cycles of operation. The appliance is then allowed to cool to approximately room temperature.

This test is carried out 500 times.

Standard Outfit:

1 electronic control system, automatic detection of working current of test sample, upper and lower limits of current detection are adjustable, automatic repeated startup and counting function is available and power on time(0~99 min) , cooling time(0~99 min) and power off time(0~99 min) can be set separately,
1 mechanical device, for provide keys of vertical and horizontal, and spring is used as buffer to protect test sample key,
1 cooling fan, 100 w,
1 infrared temperature measurement device,
1 electronic predetermining pulse counter, 4 digit, to indicate the number of cycles,
