To check the mechanical strength of water mattress,conform to IEC60335-2-66 & EN60335-2-66 clause 21.101 and figure 101.

Appliances provided with a flexible support for the heater shall withstand the mechanical stresses that the heater may be subjected to during normal use.The water mattress is subjected to a downward fore of 950N±40N by means of the wood block shown in figure 101 that is positioned in the most unfavourable place.The force is applied 25000 times at a rate of approximately 30 times per minute.

1 mass of 960N±40N.

1 wood block,conform to IEC60335-2-66 figure 101.

1 control system by PLC and servo motor drive,to control the tester,and display the speed.

Block travel distance is ≤300mm.

Size of tester is 1880*1100*2050mm.
