RDC-DDP Mechanical Shock Test Apparatus

Product detail: ZLT-318.

For mechanical shocks the RDC-DD for charging of electric vehicles ,in according IEC 62955 clause 9.12.1 and figure 11.
A wooden base A is fixed to a concrete block and a wooden platform B is hinged to A.

This platform carries a wooden board C, which can be fixed at various distances from the hinge and in two vertical positions.The end of B bears a metal stop-plated D which rests on a coiled spring having a flexion constant of 25N/mm .

Standard Outfit:
1 concrete block, with width of 400mm.

1 spring,having a flexion constant of 25N/mm.

1 metal box,used for releasing steel balls,to fixed the static force on D is 25N.
