To measure endurance of the electric scooter,accordance with EN14619 clause 5.7 and figure 5, EN17128 clause 12.4.3 and figure 14.  

A complete kick scooter shall withstand the endurance test,at a circumferential speed of 0,5m/s for a distance of 12 km, a mass of 90 kg shall be placed centrally on the deck.10 kg shall be placed out of the handlebar or joy stick.

Standard Outfit:

1 diameter of the drum of minimum of 700 mm,with three pieces of the raised section-15 mm high,20 mm width,the angle is 17⁰ and 45⁰

1 circumferential speed of 0~3m/s,speed adjustment.

1 mass of 90~100 kg, be placed centrally on the free space of the deck.

1 mass of 10 kg, be placed on the handlebar in maximum extended position.

1 control system by PLC and servo motor drive , to control the tester,and display the speed,stroke.

1 wheel distance adjustment system,to adjustment the front wheel and rear wheel 400~1000mm.

2 diameter 100mm engaged wheel, for test the distance of the kick scooter.

Power supply: 220V50Hz other voltages request.
