Cable Cyclic Bending Test Apparatus

For cyclic bending tests by swivelling movements to check road vehicles-round,sheathed,60V and 600V screened and unscreened single-or multi-core cables, in accordance with ISO 14572 clause 5.9 figure 1.
Standard Outfit:
1 electric drive motor with reduction and swiveling gear,
1 output shaft, swiveling angle ±90°on either side of the vertical,
1 sets of weights, which produces a tension of 5N/mm² in the conductors,
1 sets of bend radius r=2,5×outside cable diameter;
1 speed adjustment, for swiveling frequency at rate of 15 cycles/min,
1 control unit with 6 digit predetermining counter to switch off the drive, and records the number of swiveling when the sample open circuit,
1 control circuit of 3 KVA power output, power supply to specimen,
Power Supply: A.C.220V 50Hz, other voltages and frequencies on request.
