Lift Cables Flexing Tester

Product details:
To determine the mechanical strength of lift cables,according to IEC60227-6 clause 4.4.1 and figure 3.
Standard outfit:
Carriages mounted at the same height and move horizontally toward and away from each other in simple harmonic motion
Test times: Setting available
DC 12V supply to test voltage circuit for cable.
Distance between cable clamp: Maximum 1700±10mm, Minimum 760±10mm
Speed adjustable, available to uniform velocity or maximum acceleration of 4m/s2 and the test speed of 1500 complete cycles per hour, the distance of travel for each movement(up or down) shall be 650 mm.
Operated by PLC controlling system.
Work station: 2 specimen testing
Power supply:A.C.220V 50Hz,other voltages and frequencies on request.
